I think this place is new as it did not have a lot of reviews/highly rated (yet) on apps such as yelp, trip advisor, open table, etc. Do not sleep on this place! It had a beautiful atmosphere and the service was absolutely incredible. We split the oysters, vacìo steak, and broccoli. Everything was AMAZING. Cannot recommend this place enough, and would definitely go back when returning to Mexico City!

Updated version: Carnal on Insurgentes continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in Mexico City. We have enjoyed several excellent meals here, and the combination of warm ambience, attentive service, great cocktails, and consistently delicious food keeps bringing us back. On past visits, Ulysses and Diego took wonderful care of us, and most recently Sebastián, along with the rest of the team, gave us excellent service once again. The food has been consistently impressive. Previously, we enjoyed dishes like guacamole, refried beans, fettuccine al pesto, asado de tira, lemon tart, and chamomile tea. On our most recent visit, we tried the grilled salmon and milanesa de res, both of which were delicious, satisfying, and beautifully prepared. For dessert, we had the chocolate crème brûlée and pavlova, which were a fantastic way to end the meal. What really stands out about Carnal is how complete the experience feels. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, the staff is friendly and professional, and every visit feels relaxed but special. Between the food, service, drinks, desserts, and overall consistency, Carnal has become one of our go-to restaurants in CDMX and is very highly recommended.

This was absolutely the BEST experience we had during our visit to Mexico City! Nusr-Et Steakhouse is a must visit. The food was outstanding! We enjoyed the prime tomahawk ribeye. Outstanding! The best part of the evening was the exceptional service. Jorge manages an amazing staff. Semsi and Burhan took unbelievable care of us the entire evening. We had the most amazing time possible! Everything was fantastic!! Thank you all!! Nusr-Et Streakhouse is highly, highly recommended!!
