Ole Craft Kitchen delivered one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. Our waiter, Raj, was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the evening.
We decided to make a meal out of appetizers and were impressed by both the quality and creativity of the dishes. The Guac with Dips, Black Bean Tiayuda, Brussels Sprout Salad, Queso de Campo Empanada, and Pulled Jackfruit Tacos were all delicious and full of flavor. The Corn Three Ways was good, although it didn't stand out quite as much as the other dishes. The appetizers were so satisfying that we never even made it to the main entrées!
The drinks were fantastic, beautifully prepared and a perfect complement to the meal.
For dessert, we tried the Tres Leches and the Vegan Chocolate Ganache. The Vegan Chocolate Ganache was okay, but the Tres Leches was absolutely delicious and easily the highlight of the dessert course.
What truly stood out, beyond the great food and drinks, was the level of service. One detail that really impressed us was how frequently our water glasses were refilled. Raj and the team somehow always seemed to notice before our glasses were empty. We never had to ask, and it was refreshing to experience such attentive hospitality when so many restaurants require multiple requests for something as simple as water.
Between the exceptional service from Raj, the creative appetizers, excellent cocktails, and delicious desserts, Ole Craft Kitchen earned every bit of this 5-star review. We can't wait to return and finally try the main entrées next time!
