Best Vegetarian Restaurants in The Village

I LOVED everything we ate! The portions were excellent too. Definitely going back.

I especially planned my visit to The Goodson to align with their Thursday night special , $29.00 Steak Frites. I ordered a new item on the menu to begin, Tried their shredded radicchio and Romaine salad with roasted squash, apples, candied walnuts, and goat cheese. Delicious, fresh and plenty of colour. I ordered the Thursday special and was not disappointed. My steak was delicious, and the gravy or jus was silky and flavorful. And you just cannot beat their homemade frites cooked in beef tallow. Another wonderful evening at The Good Son. Shout-out to the Chefs and kitchen, service was excellent. I highly recommend a visit.

From the moment we enter the restaurant, we’re warmly greeted by the friendliest human on the planet. He remembers us from our previous visit, by name. The service is level 11, and prompt. Once drinks are ordered, they leave us to cruise the menu (it’s recently been revised ) then our waiter with a warm smile and ca demeanour, politely asks for our order. Food arrives steaming hot and UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS. From start to finish, it’s a wonderful experience. It’s our go-to Italian restaurant and will be for life.

I love this restaurant. As always, the food is amazing, reasonably priced, and the server was WONDERFUL! The patio area is great and thankfully the weather was such that we could eat outside.

An intimate, quiet, and romantic venue with very attentive and personal service. We had a wonderful evening, and the food was absolutely delicious.
