Best Vietnamese Restaurants in Old City

Just as I had hoped for and I hope Philly is ready for something like this. Chef’s execution on each dish was meticulously thought out and it showed in presentation and flavor. I am Vietnamese and I can appreciate a good ol’ bowl of pho or bun bo hue, but in the words of my husband, “my mom can make chả lá lốt (beef stuffed betel leaves), but this is something else!” The chicken was extremely well seasoned, moist, and topped with crispy skin- wow. Who would’ve thought to marry gà Hội An a with collard greens? We are fans and will be back to try other things.
