Just an absolutely wonderful dining experience! Mauricio made us the most delicious burrata sampler to start off our meal. My husband had the lasagna which was hearty and full of flavor. I had the brown butter cacio e pepe and let me just say it was the pasta equivalent of getting a warm hug from your Nona! We took our time enjoying every bite and never over felt rushed. The live music was wonderful and we ended our night with a little dancing in the aisles. We will definitely return!

Yay! Brunch is about to become an every day experience at the Hideaway! We were lucky to get invited to the soft opening of their new brunch concept and couldn’t have been happier to enjoy this exceptional new restaurant for that rare offering on Maui… BRUNCH!! We had an absolutely delightful experience! Chef Alan sources the highest quality ahi and his homemade hollandaise sauce makes his ahi eggs Benedict a treat I can never resist! Casual, bright and airy atmosphere, warm and welcoming staff with attentive service, high-quality food, and stunning presentation make a visit to the Hideaway an absolute must!!
