From the service to the food and drinks the experience was amazing. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff took special care to print Happy Birthday menus and sign a card. The special touches sprinkled throughout the dinner was truly an unexpected treat, and incredible rarity. I will absolutely celebrate more milestones here. Thank you to the entire staff that made this experience so memorable.

I took a friend to Takoi for his birthday and, funny enough, I didn’t realize until we got there that he had been before and it’s actually one of his favorite restaurants. It was my first visit, and I completely understand why he likes it so much! The food was delicious, and I really loved the shareable portion sizes because we were able to order several things and try a little of everything. We had the papaya salad, pork collar, pork ribs, and curry noodles, and everything was so flavorful. We finished with the birthday coconut ice cream, which was a little different from what I normally order for dessert but absolutely delicious. The service was amazing from start to finish. I described the type of flavor profile I like in a cocktail, and the bartender delivered perfectly. We also had a reservation, arrived on time, and our table was ready right on schedule, which I always appreciate. Overall, such a great birthday dinner experience. Great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. I would definitely come back!
