We had the most incredible experience at FUMI in Brighton! My boyfriend James and I took part in the Sushi Class for his birthday, and it was such a special and memorable moment. Chef Ronald was absolutely fantastic, so welcoming, patient, and passionate. He made the class fun, relaxed, and really enjoyable, even for beginners. Sam, our server, was also lovely and made us feel so welcome throughout the whole experience. We learned how to make sushi, had lots of fun, and most importantly, shared a really special experience together for James’s birthday. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. Thank you so much to Ronald and Sam for making the evening so special. We’ll definitely be coming back with the whole family and friends! ❤️🍣

We booked this for a week day evening in September when Brighton is quiet. It was a struggle to find anywhere open in the evening so we booked Bills. We walked in to a lovely reception. Shown to a table. It was lovely and warm in there after a very rainy day, so was much appreciated. Staff couldn't have been more smiley and accommodating. Decently priced We will be back next time we visit Brighton
