- JJudyGoldHawaii •21 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food and service at Ruth’s Chris Steak House were excellent. My only minor disappointment was that the shoestring fries included in the $59 Sizzle & Sip special could not be substituted with rice or another starch. Given my understanding that rice is a less expensive option than fries, I had hoped there might be some flexibility. That said, I understand that a promotional menu may come with set accompaniments. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and the excellent food and attentive service left a lasting positive impression.More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - Downtown Honolulu$$$$• Steakhouse• Honolulu•4.8

- SScottGoldSeattle / Eastern Washington •22 reviews5.0Dined on 29 Oct 2026Waikīkī’s hidden gem! You must visit this place. Went for dinner and will most definitely be back for not just dinner but breakfast too!! My wife and I shared a pear salad that did not disappoint. She had the roasted chicken and I had swordfish prepared Vietnamese style. Wow! Mochi brownie for dessert was a showstopper! Please take the time to visit whenever you’re in Honolulu. If you live here, make it a point to eat here once and I promise you it will not be your last.More infoBasalt Restaurant @ Dukes Lane Market and Eatery$$$$• International• Waikiki•4.8
