Great experience at this lovely restaurant. A comfortable and friendly atmosphere with a good choice of freshly made delicious dishes. The dessert was divine ! My husband had the steak which was different and very good . Nothing was too much trouble and staff , particularly Micki were very helpful and attentive. It was a pleasure to be there. A really lovely evening thank you guys, we will be back again on our next trip to Brighton

We had the most incredible experience at FUMI in Brighton! My boyfriend James and I took part in the Sushi Class for his birthday, and it was such a special and memorable moment. Chef Ronald was absolutely fantastic, so welcoming, patient, and passionate. He made the class fun, relaxed, and really enjoyable, even for beginners. Sam, our server, was also lovely and made us feel so welcome throughout the whole experience. We learned how to make sushi, had lots of fun, and most importantly, shared a really special experience together for James’s birthday. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. Thank you so much to Ronald and Sam for making the evening so special. We’ll definitely be coming back with the whole family and friends! ❤️🍣
