We spent 5 nights in Oaxaca and we decided to check out NOIS which was few blocks from our Hotel Escondido. The whole design of the restaurant is rustic yet modern. The restaurant was upstair with huge kitchen. Very up to date appliances and clean which is crucial to me, cleanliness. We ordered few dishes on the menu and they were fabulous! And the drinks were delicious! Highly recommend it to everyone!
