We had amazing food. I brought guests with gluten and dairy allergies and our waitress was knowledgeable, accommodating and sweet. I wish I remembered her name so she could get the props! We let her know as well. The hanger steak was AMAZING and the Brussel sprouts and jackfruit were on point. Don’t sleep on the hot tea. 👏👏👏 Great job crew.

Having visited EVER ten times over the past five years, I can confidently say that every single experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish is exceptional—as visually stunning as it is delicious. Also, the lineup changes regularly so each visit feels unique. The service is seamlessly orchestrated, easily rivaling the top Michelin-starred dining rooms I’ve experienced around the world. A major highlight is their outstanding wine program. The sommeliers are remarkably knowledgeable, consistently unearthing hidden gems that elevate every course. Adding to the amazing experience, Ervin is an exceptional host who has welcomed me warmly since my very first visit back in 2021. EVER easily operates at a three-star level. It is only a matter of time before the Michelin inspectors catch up. I’m already looking forward to my next visit in a few months!

Boeufhaus has long been a favorite of ours. A few things stand out about the place: 1) It's a smallish menu, where everything is excellent; they curate their menu with care and it shows. It's great when a restaurant knows how to self-edit. 2) They know how to mix a cocktail and their own cocktails are terrific. 3) they respect their diners; the level of service (attentive but never hovering or showy) is what sets Boeufhaus above other restaurants. I love the place. I love that it's not coy or faux-inventive. I love that it seems like the staff is dedicated to the place. Many staff have been there for some time, and they are all focused, able, professional, and capable.
