We love it at the Green Man and seem to be there weekly at the moment. We are welcomed like old friends, the team are superb. The food is excellent and Chef Howard has taken it to a new level. Nick is the very best at front of house and, in my opinion, is the Green Man. The pub and restaurant are decorated beautifully and we go there for a cheeky mid-week treat, an informal family weekend dinner and any excuse for a celebration, it suits all of our needs. Lucky to have it just up the road!

First time visit. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient and especially our waitress Victoria. The attention to detail was exceptional. The food is well presented, cooked to perfection and every course delicious. I had the beef short rib to start, followed by the Halibut and a pudding of Lemon Sponge with Blueberries and Lemon Ripple Ice Cream. One of the best desserts I've ever tasted. We will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Really lovely meal. Tiny comments but they didn’t spoil our evening; it seemed unnecessarily bright in the room plus the hard tables and floor make the room a little boomy from a noise perspective. Looking forward to going again
