I ordered a decaf cappuccino and she came to tell me that she had made me a regular cappuccino instead of a decaf cappuccino and that she would make me a replacement. I was surprised that she would tell me that. In the end I didn’t mind that I had a regular cappuccino and kept it. Her honesty about the cappuccino was refreshing!
