Best Restaurants for Handcrafted Cocktails in Gulf Shores

Great food and staff. I would go again. It is located in the Springhill Suites hotel and has a nice menu and drink options. Dining indoor with nice view or outside on the deck. Try this over Emeralds grill over the bridge much better all around.

Contrary to many of the recent reviews, our experience at Barometer was delightful. The shrimp scampi pasta was ample and flavorful - the shrimp was succulent. The blackened grouper was well seasoned, and the Gouda grits were the perfect accompaniment. And the double stacked burger was impressive. The bananas foster bread pudding is worth saving room for. Our server was wonderful and sweet was southern sweet tea. There are many seating options - inside, upstairs outside (bar / music vibe), and outside dockside (chill vibe). We sat dockside and the marina is the perfect backdrop for a conversational, sunset dinner.

Fantastic food and ambience. Will go back. All the food felt as it was made just for us!

Our waiter Nathan was great. He was knowledgeable of the menu and made excellent suggestions. It was our grandsons birthday and he wanted to come to Melting Pot. We had not been here in a while and we had a wonderful experience. The food was very filling and tasted great.

Outstanding fish and steak entrees! The chicken Alfredo was superb! Our great waitress did inform us about the specials that night. We did not have a reservation and the hostess was able to accommodate our party of 6 at 5:30 pm! Cheers to “The Coast Restaurant’s Awesome Staff”!
