Great service and food - we had smoked fish dip, coconut crusted grouper, and burger. The kitchen and service staff did a really good job.

I took my husband to celebrate his birthay and the staff decorated our table with glitter and left a personalized note. Tanya was our server, and she provided excellent recommendations throughout the evening. She suggested the Pineapple Crush, which I absolutely loved. The sweetness was perfectly balanced and incredibly refreshing. The calamari remains one of our favorite appetizers, and the tuna nachos were a standout new favorite. They were so delicious that we easily could have ordered a second plate. The Parmesan crusted flounder was outstanding, and the lemon butter garlic sauce added the perfect bright, flavorful touch to the dish. To top off the celebration, Tanya surprised us with complimentary champagne for my husband's birthday, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. The service was attentive, the food was excellent, and the ambiance struck the perfect balance between relaxed and celebratory. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we look forward to returning.

Hudson’s on the river has grown to be our favorite restaurant in Stuart. The food, service was all 1st class. Our waitress, Nicole, was especially nice and helpful. Thank you

The service was efficient and pleasant. The music made the ambience energetic and enjoyable. I had the mar y tierra, chaufa rice and churrasco. It was all delicious. El Suspiro dessert was amazing.
