We went to The bluebell, with a recommendation. Wow it didn’t disappoint. My partner is a chef, and said that the best food he’s eaten since moving to Derbyshire. High praise indeed! Service impeccable and I’ve no doubt we will be back too!

What an amazing time on Saturday 19th September we had celebrating my birthday, there is nothing that can be changed at Stones, it was just a perfect evening, thank you so very much. The lady who served us was so lovely, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very attentive. JUST AN AMAZING EVENING. 👍

Amazing from arrival to leaving. Lovely doorman fantastic service & amazing food. Everything perfect couldn’t fault anything. The nicest peppercorn sauce ever.

Excellent food, well done to the chefs, lovely waiting staff, attentive in the right measures. We felt represented good value for money, served in good time and presented well on the plate. I’m a fussy eater and cleared my plate both evenings we visited. Over the 3 nights we had the pie of the day ( beef and Stilton), Crab & prawn Linguine, Apple crumble tart and icecream, second night, chicken with chips and a dip, trout served with crushed potatoes and tender stem broccoli and we shared chocolate brownie and icecream, all delicious! Keep doing what your doing Devonshire Arms, other establishments could learn a lot from you! 😊

The bacon chop and the smash burger were absolutely delicious. Great quality produce that was cooked to perfection. All of the staff were excellent and we had a fantastic meal.
