You choose from one of their preset menus and then can add to it from there with additional courses or substitutions for an additional fee. The restaurant was elegant and tasteful as was the food and staff. We even left an item at our table and a staff member found us in the crowd outside the restaurant to give it back. That goes above and beyond in my opinion. We even received a book about the restaurant, a thank you card sealed with wax, and cookies to take home. The little touches were great. The funny thing is, I chose the restaurant for the view, but due to weather conditions, we ate indoors.
