A thoroughly exquisite restaurant that's dedicated to bringing the diner the best possible eating experience. One would have to travel the world to find an ambience more romantic, more so-perfectly New England! I just love this place.

Great experience start to finish. When first entering the restaurant you are pleasantly greeted and your reservation is immediately addressed. In a brief period of time we were escorted to our table. Our waitress was very attentive. Little to no delays between drinks, appetizers, entrées, and dessert.  The food was of the highest quality. Great taste, fresh and the portions were just right. I would highly recommend this restaurant 

I would encourage anyone who is visiting the Hudson River Valley to experience this restaurant. All of the students that you encounter - and you will encounter an entire team - are delightful. The menu is well-planned and well-executed. We were a group of four and everyone enjoyed their food. The Heirloom Tomato Pie is sublime. I had the scallops and the dish was such an interesting mix of textures and flavors. The desserts were over the top and delicious. But none of this really conveys the fun of this experience. The students like to engage the guests and it's heart-warming to meet so many earnest young people who are learning the hospitality trade. Understand, however, that they are also learning professionalism. This is not amateur hour. Our dinner was one of the finest meals I've ever had. And certainly of some importance, it's considerably less expensive than I thought it would be. I have perhaps never enjoyed a restaurant experience more.

Excellent first time experience! Upscale ambiance, amazing service and truly beautifully presented and served meal. Over the top pink oysters and may perfect breast of Duck outstanding. The cashew meringue cake and perfect cappachino was the icing on the cake for our 21 year anniversary.

The food was delicious and well prepared. The staff was friendly and on-point. This is one of our favorite places to have lunch or dinner. Will definately be back!!
