Restaurants near Lake Minnetonka Regional Park

We had a great first experience at the lake room. They make fresh pasta. They are known for their walleye, bolognese and sea bass meals. We enjoyed the shrimp with chimchurri starter and an onion dip with homemade chips - both were great. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I got the pork chop which was very juicy flavorful - I’d order again for sure! We will be back. It was fun to head Nextdoor to the Narrows for an after dinner drink and live music.

Our experience was mostly good but after the 4 of us ordered…3 entrees and a cup of soup….the server told us we’d only get 3 popovers. The soup order wouldn’t get one. Huh?! How much do popovers cost to make, 20 cents? Hazelwood has been my favorite go to place for years but that was the unbelievable. Nowhere on the menu does it say you need a minimum purchase amount per person to qualify for a popover. Either state it on the menu or offer everyone at the table a popover.

Excellent place to bring family and friends. All of our food was amazing came by boat and docking was easy. Definitely one of my favorite places

We really enjoyed the variety of fresh organic food selections, that were prepared so beautifully. Everything was delicious and tasted very fresh. We want to go back to the restaurant and try other dishes.. We’d definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
