Nestled in the heart of Houston’s West University neighborhood at 6119 Edloe Street, Maximo is a progressive Mexican restaurant from the Local Foods Group team that combines authenticity and adventure.     My waitress Briana (sp) was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, she made sure she checked on us and had such good energy. So glad they took her from the host stand to the floor! Also, the manager, Sandy was a pleasure and made sure her teams was exceptional. By far the best service I’ve experienced in a long time.

    Amazing dinner at Steak 48! The steaks were cooked perfectly, the crispy shrimp was incredible, and the bread is seriously the best. Every side was delicious, the service was amazing, and my margarita was perfection. Everything from start to finish couldn’t have been better. Definitely one of our favorites!

    Bludorn was an amazing food experience. Although it took more than 20 minutes for our table to be ready, the food blew us out of the water. The smoked chili & the roasted oysters were 11/10. We got the smoked short rib ravioli and I will dream about the caramelized onion sauce. I could bathe in that. 12/10. The pork chop is also a 10/10. I had no idea what a hibiscus mole sauce was but that was so delicious as well. I would definitely recommend these menu items and Bludorn overall. My husband and I are glad to know that the ravioli will not be leaving the menu too.
