- PPaulBath/Somerset •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWelcoming and very professional. When we dined, there was quite a noisy table nearby, but they were simply enjoying an evening out. The table service was excellent and the food first class. Well presented and good portions. Although very nice, the wine was on the pricey side considering the venue. But as I said, it was very good and partnerd our meal very well.More infoThe Sheep & Penguin££££• Gastro Pub• Wells•4.6

- CChristineBath/Somerset •1 review5.0Dined on 13 Jul 2026I ordered a rump steak with peppercorn sauce which was absolutely wonderful, well cooked, well presented and very tasty. My only criticism is that it stated £38 for 2 courses but there is a surcharge of £10 if you have steak, this was not made clear enough on the menu. But great service and a very indulgent chocolate dessert made the whole experience worh while.More infoThe Restaurant at Charlton House££££• British• Shepton Mallet•3.3
