I loved the vibe of the restaurant. Our server was very attentive. He gave samples of wine before I committed and the soup. Was very appreciative of that. I ended up getting both items offered. I eat vegan, and I was so impressed by how graciously they accommodated my request. Rather than making me feel limited, they made sure I had a delicious meal that I could truly enjoy. That kind of attention and willingness to accommodate a guest means so much and absolutely sets Vestal apart. Our waitress was OUTSTANDING! She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire evening. Exceptional service can completely elevate a dining experience, and she certainly did that for us. The atmosphere was beautiful, the hospitality was wonderful, and I left feeling genuinely impressed. As a vegan, it is always such a treat to find a restaurant that is willing to go above and beyond rather than simply saying, “We don’t have anything vegan.” Vestal made me feel welcomed and valued, and I will absolutely be back.
