The Prime Rib never disappoints. The food is always incredible and the service attentive without being bothersome. There was a small group playing music but they didn't seem to play long before taking what seemed like more breaks than playing music. That aside, it was a wonderful evening.

The rolls were served cold. The service was very very slow even though the restaurant had lots of empty tables. The filet was excellent, but it should be for $80 for a very modest portion. The pork chop was dry, tough, and overcooked. I took it home for the dogs. Dinner for 2 cost $240 with no alcohol. We used to frequently go there. No more.

Exceptional dining experience from beginning to end. Atmosphere was elegant and inviting, the service was personable, attentive without being intrusive, and every dish was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. Quality, flavor & attention to detail were evident throughout the entire meal. Live piano music, a plus. Prime Rib is perfect combination of refined cuisine, warm hospitality, and sophisticated ambiance. A truly memorable experience—I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Top notch food, service & ambience as always. These are RARE commodities in this day & age, and The Prime Rib consistently delivers. It’s not inexpensive, but it is a value.

It is an absolute pleasure to have a meal at an establishment where service is still considered to be a craft. The folks that provide service are clearly waiters, rather than servers, and act like they are proud of their work. This makes for a really memorable dining experience.
