Best Contemporary American Restaurants in La Grange

Usually wouldn't go to a restaurant when they 1st open but Brûlée has it together already. Cocktails - table had the blackberry gin, Brûlée martini and a spicy marg and all were delicious. Starters - wedge salad had pickled onions which were great; chicken tenders was 3 huge pieces super crispy with the best sauces; ribeye skewers were cooked perfectly and had a good chimichurri sauce. Our server Sharon described the specials in detail, even warning that the spicy pasta was extra spicy (it was!). Meal was finished with an incredible banana bread espresso martini and creme brulee of course! We had no trouble getting a table on a Friday night but I have a feeling this won't be the case when people discover this gem!

Our server Marion was amazing. She went beyond to make sure our unusual request was met. We look forward to our next time and will request her.

It was our 1st time to the Cellar for my husband's birthday. Everything was was excellent from the greeting at the door til we left the restaurant!

We had an great experience. The people from greeting us, serving us, and the cook were very pleasant and the food was wonderful. We took our 5 and 6 year old boys and they enjoyed the food as well. All the people were engaging with us and our boys. Will definitely be back. Shannon
