I had ridden/driven by La Chaumiere many times and finally decided to try it. Was not disappointed...Marcello was our server and he was fantastic. The food was great, the atmosphere was lovely and I will definitely go back -- so many items on the menu I'd like to try. I can see why the restaurant has lasted 50 years!

Another great experience at Central Michel Richard. Michel’s chicken was outstanding as were the scallops and the pasta. Service was very pleasant, flexible to our needs and efficient. Always one of our favorites when in DC.

Our dinner at Amelie was absolutely delightful. The beef tartare was delicious and unique. The lemon chicken was very tasty but what really impressed us was the ratatouille. It was unlike any vegetable dish we’ve ever had, and it was so tasty. Service was great. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want great French food.

We throughly enjoyed our first visit to Matisse and will definitely return. We stayed with the specials menu and everything from the salads to the mains was prepared very well and delicious. Spacing and timing of service was spot on. Thank you for a surprise treat in the middle of the week.

The food was delicious, with interesting, unique flavors that worked really well together. Kudos to the Chef! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that our empty appetizer plates weren’t cleared before the main dishes arrived. Since the table is small, clearing them beforehand would have made the experience more comfortable. Overall, a great meal!

Nice new neighborhood place! It's very casual with friendly service. Small menu but very good food. I got the steak frites, which was very good. (If you want medium rare you might want to ask for medium.) The gougeres are large and excellent. The Hugo Spritz was great too. I'll be back.
