This is one the BEST Japanese food places in DC. I have been to multiple places including the high end ones where they don’t let you even have a soda with your meal to the hole in the wall sushi spot. Their hamachi roll was SOOOO good that I ordered two. Even my friend who hates eating raw food was thoroughly impressed. Other items I really loved: the beef gyozas, the spicy tuna roll, and edamame. I wasn’t a huge fan of the miso cod because it was a little too sweet for me. Other than that, everything was amazing. I can’t wait to return.

Great experience, felt just like an Omakase experience in Japan. Bit expensive, but the quality was unmatched so I understand. Service was exceptional as well.
