Fish and grits were delicious and the portions are more then worth the price. Service was great I will definitely be back often

The food & drinks we’re great & it’s definitely a vibe

We went to Taste of SOUL to celebrate my dad's birthday, and had a wonderful experience there. :0) It was my mom and dad's first time there, and they really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and personal. The owner came to our table with a sweet and warm greeting, and our waitress was super sweet and personable. We will definitely dine there again.

Ms. Nancy is awesome. My daughter and I met her during this first visit. Me. Nancy is very knowledgeable about food and health. She has also gone through great lengths to study her craft. I admire that. The staff treated us so well. We were given samples of drinks to try, too. We fell for the watermelon lemonade. (It’s a summer drink that hasn’t yet hit the menu). And I should’ve said this first, but the food is AWESOME! Ms. Nancy’s hot sauce is BOMB. My picky eater, 7 year old daughter loved her food too. She’s already planning for us to go back. To get an idea of what we had: fried chicken, fries, green beans, potato salad, mac & cheese, red velvet cake, and chocolate mousse cake. Needless to say, we left FULL. We took our dessert to go and had a great time reliving our visit at home. Ok, this review is long enough. If you’re thinking about visiting this place, don’t think twice. Go!
