We have walked past this restaurant on previous trips and wondered if it would be a good choice for dinner. We are so glad we tried it. Beautifully prepared seasonal food. A nice wine selection and excellent service. It is a bright modern space on Pulteney Bridge. Not too loud inside despite being full. Loved it.

On a beautiful sunny day in Bath we dined with friends at The Halfpenny. These guys had been so busy they had run out of some items which we were informed of before we ordered, great communication and wasn’t a problem for us. We sat outside in the sun and had the most fantastic food and drinks. I couldn’t think of a better way to end the day. Thank you Halfpenny, we’ll be back!
