We had such a lovely time at The Bank celebrating my husband’s birthday. The whole experience was wonderful, and the service we received from Ram was exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, welcoming and made sure we were well looked after throughout. He really helped make the birthday celebration feel extra special. We had a very nice experience at the Pod. The Pod was lovely and we could connect our phones to the Bluetooth speakers and listen to our music. The temperature was perfect. The food was delicious. Complements to the chef on the day and waiter on the day. Only thing was it was busy so service levels were not the best. The waiter John made a special complimentary treat for my wife’s special bday. We loved it.

Lovely cream tea. Staff very friendly and attentive. Good selection of teas. Scones lovely, fresh and warm. Interesting sandwich selection including a coronation chicken wrap. The sweet options were also varied - the strawberry gel on shortbread - absolutely delicious.
