Pho Brighton is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in phở, the Vietnamese noodle soup and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles, and fresh salads too. Our starters such as summer rolls and spring rolls are perfect for sharing with friends and family. We also offer an entirely gluten free dessert menu with dishes like Pandan waffles, condensed milk ice cream and a Vietnamese affogato. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular dietary restrictions.     Extremely friendly atmosphere even on a mid -week evening. Attentive staff. Utterly delicious food. We shared a starter and a dessert as well as 2 main courses. Good distinct flavours evoking the Mediterranean. Clearly a very experienced chef! Would dine here again.

    Third time I’ve been here for brunch/lunch with a large group this year, and they have been brilliant every single time. From the moment of booking through to paying the bill and saying goodbye, the service has been consistently excellent. What really stood out was how accommodating, helpful, and friendly the staff were throughout. Other places we contacted seemed to dismiss us because we were a group of 12, but here nothing felt like too much trouble. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, ensuring everyone felt welcome and looked after. A big thank you to the team for their professionalism and warm hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.
