The food was, as always, delicious. The starters of the cold noodles, pork potstickers, and crudo really warmed up the palate. The team also let us try the pork jowl special and it was very savory but light at the same time. We loved the cauliflower puree that came with it as the puree gave contrast to the rich flavor of the pork. The main course, we had the fried chicken, braised pork, rice noodles with steak and mushroom, and the XO Rice (we were hungry). We couldn’t say anything bad about the meal. It just absolutely hit the spot.

I choose this place for my birthday dinner each year. The service is excellent. The staff are friendly. There are a good variety of options for groups.

Delicious and fun dinner at Gelso and Grand. Great atmosphere and service! We sat inside but it felt like outside with the large windows opened. Highly recommend.

The SOHO location is the second one I have been to. It's a bit more chill than the Bryant Park location which has more energy, but both are excellent. The fried artichokes were tasty, but the aioli was a bit uninspired. It was fine, but they could have kicked it up a notch. The roasted cauliflower was perfect. Great flavor. I kept it simple with my go-to salmon caesar saled. I have to say even though the salmon wasn't huge, it was just the right amount and the caesar was very good. Definitely a fan and will be back.
