$$$$•Indonesian•4.6(48)Chef Cédric Vongerichten loves the picturesque streets of Nolita, which is why he chose this vibrant Manhattan neighborhood as the location for his new restaurant. Wayan offers Indonesian cuisine with a modern French flair, in a sleek space warmed by teak paneling, lush plants, and whitewashed brick. The unique and varied menu combines seasonal products and savory Southeast Asian flavors. Wayan’s showpiece bar turns out innovative cocktails highlighting ingredients inspired by the region. The cozy dining room, with its soothing tones, recessed lighting, and authentic carvings, promotes the sharing of food and conversation.

$$$$•Spanish•4.6(1,292)Socarrat Paella Bar - Nolita is now accepting reservations for indoor and outdoor dining, weather permitting. In the case where we need to close outdoor seating due to inclement weather, we will contact you the day of your reservation.
Socarrat, the quintessence of the perfect paella and for which the restaurant is named, is the delectable, sensuous crust that forms on the bottom of the paella pan when the liquid is rendered and the rice reaches its peak of succulence. The menu, an authentic array of delicious dishes from the regions of Spain specializing in traditional tapas with an accent on paella that can be characterized as a true exploration for the palette.
Socarrat Nolita's ambiance denotes feelings of warmth, comfort, and hospitality. Building on its sister restaurant's identity as a small, intimate space comprised primarily of one large communal table, the restaurant also offers banquet, bar and table seating.

- AAJNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was, as always, delicious. The starters of the cold noodles, pork potstickers, and crudo really warmed up the palate. The team also let us try the pork jowl special and it was very savory but light at the same time. We loved the cauliflower puree that came with it as the puree gave contrast to the rich flavor of the pork. The main course, we had the fried chicken, braised pork, rice noodles with steak and mushroom, and the XO Rice (we were hungry). We couldn’t say anything bad about the meal. It just absolutely hit the spot.More infoPotluck Club$$$$• Chinese• Chinatown•4.8

- JJeffNew York City •13 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoThe SOHO location is the second one I have been to. It's a bit more chill than the Bryant Park location which has more energy, but both are excellent. The fried artichokes were tasty, but the aioli was a bit uninspired. It was fine, but they could have kicked it up a notch. The roasted cauliflower was perfect. Great flavor. I kept it simple with my go-to salmon caesar saled. I have to say even though the salmon wasn't huge, it was just the right amount and the caesar was very good. Definitely a fan and will be back.More infoLa Pecora Bianca - SoHo$$$$• Italian• SoHo•4.6
