Polentina
Price: Expensive•Italian•4.8(51)A small glass enclosed restaurant within sustainable clothing manufacturer, Apparel Tasker. Serving as a staff canteen, we are also open to the public for dinner Wednesday to Saturday and lunch Friday and Saturday.
We cook rustic, homemade dishes with a focus on our Italian and Austrian roots.Goodman Canary Wharf
Price: Very Expensive•Steakhouse•4.9(1,092)Goodman specialises in steak. Our chefs source the best beef from both sides of the Atlantic – from premium USDA corn-fed herds to grass-fed Scottish beef, grain-fed Irish Angus and rare breed Belted Galloway from the Lake District in England – to present a unique combination of a traditional British chophouse and classic New York grill. All of our meat is dry aged and cut on-site – which can be seen in our glass-walled dry-ageing room. Couple that with one of London’s largest collections of American red wine, fine single malt whiskeys and a couple of great traditional English beers on tap and you have a match made in carnivore heaven.
Blacklock Canary Wharf
Price: Moderate•International•4.7(1,571)Blacklock a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Nestled cosily in the corner of Canary Wharf, underneath the train tracks of the North Dock. Feel the comforting rumble of trains passing overhead conjuring memories of some of our favourite haunts underneath the bridges in NYC. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Sunday Roast (almost as good as Mum's). Bookings and Walk-Ins available.Sticks'n'Sushi - Canary Wharf
Price: Expensive•Sushi•4.7(250)Canary Wharf, once a bustling harbour and now home to one of our restaurants, blends industrial history with modern elegance. Enjoy our Japanese menu in an artistic setting where exposed pipeworks meet fairytale ships. Perfect for any dining occasion. Expect quality sushi, salads and sticks from the grill. A sushi restaurant - even for those who don't like fish.
Hawksmoor Wood Wharf
Price: Expensive•British•4.5(3,510)Hawksmoor Wood Wharf is housed in an eco-friendly floating pavilion in a new riverside neighbourhood in Canary Wharf. Gently rising and falling with the tide, the main restaurant at dock-level is joined by a 120-seat waterside bar. Both include terraces with views across the water (squint your eyes and you might just see the ghosts of great ships laden with mighty lengths of timber that used to swing in and unload there). There's also a private dining room for up to 20 people named after the local legend Queenie Watts, a singer, songwriter, actor and self-confessed bawdy landlady (think Peggy Mitchell meets Joni Mitchell). The menu revolves around the best British produce the country has to offer with grass-fed dry-aged ethically reared beef, sustainable seafood from the South coast and some of the biggest hits from the Hawksmoor New York menu.Roe
Price: Very Expensive•Contemporary British•4.8(64)Roe is a modern and spacious restaurant in the heart of Wood Wharf from the trio behind the critically-acclaimed sister restaurant Fallow St James’s and FOWL.
The extensive a la carte menu is divided into nibbles and flatbreads, skewers and grilled options, with larger plates and sides also available. As well as championing modest, British ingredients, Roe’s dishes showcase underused and underappreciated produce. Rare breed meats and carefully sourced fish from the British Isles are central to the menu, as well as regenerative crops like Wildfarmed native grain.

- GGemmaLondon •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe really enjoyed our first Blacklock experience. Very tasty food and a homely atmosphere with friendly relaxed service. We had the all in, the beef dripping chips were the best my partner has ever had and the slaw was delicious. Plenty of meat, well cooked and good quality. The flat bread was soaked in the meat juice and was totally yum! Thanks for a great afternoonMore infoBlacklock Canary WharfPrice: Moderate• International• Canary Wharf•4.7

- SSunitHong Kong Island •1 review4.0Dined 6 days agoPortion sizes were pretty big, we struggled to finish all our food. Even the kids menu was actually an adult portion. Service was a bit shaky at the start, perhaps because we had booked a table at an early time (11:30am). It took us at least 10 minutes of trying to get the attention of a waiter to take our initial order. After that though everything was great. Food came out without a long wait, all of it came together, and we felt attended to. I would say overall the prices for the food were on the higher side for casual dining, but the flavour of all the dishes were delicious and it's worth a visit.More infoGallioPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Canary Wharf•4.4
